If you search for all conferences related to cardiology, enter cardio into the search box since that will search for terms such as Cardiology, cardiologists, echocardiographic, echocardiography, cardiovascular, cardio metabolic risks, cardiometabolic, etc..

If you search for 2009 conferences, enter /09 into the search box. For February 2009 conferences, enter 2/../09 into the search box.

For conferences in Italy, enter Italy into the search box.

For conferences sponsored by Mayo clinic, enter Mayo into the search box.

For conferences sponsored by any educational institution, enter \.edu into the search box to find web sites that end with .edu. Web sites will not be highlighted in red, but the word MATCH in red will appear following the web site.

For conferences sponsored by Harvard University, try harvard.edu.

For California conferences, try either California or CA, since some entries will have ca, usa while others will have CA, United States. For a specific city, you can try San Diego or even disney.

To find cruises, just type in cruise or you can find spa hotels by typing in spa.
